ULA Network was founded to change that not simply by creating content, but by creating a trusted platform where education, storytelling, workforce awareness, and community impact come together to strengthen organized labor and the communities it serves.
Serving the labor community since 2005, Michael V. Fina founded the ULA Network in 2020 to support, educate, and promote union labor, skilled trades, public-sector professionals, and their communities. In 2024, the ULA Network Charitable Foundation expanded this mission through workforce development, veteran support, education, and community economic development.

Michael V. Fina is the Founder and Executive Director of the ULA Network and its Charitable Foundation.
Since 2005, he has built relationships across organized labor, workforce development, education, and community organizations with one goal creating stronger connections that support working families.
His vision evolved into the ULA Network, a national platform that brings together unions, labor leaders, apprentices, educators, veterans, healthcare providers, industry partners, and community organizations through trusted media, educational resources, strategic partnerships, and workforce initiatives.
Today, he continues to lead the organization’s growth while expanding programs that strengthen communities, create career awareness, support veterans, and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals.
